Scottish Motorcycle Show,
Ingliston Showground, Stand H147
Sunday 11th March
Curvy Riders MCC were overwhelmed with interest from ladies
visiting the Scottish Show. It became obvious, however, that
the gents were also interested in contributing to the success
of Curvy Riders.
Using two umbrellas donated by the Royal Bank of Scotland,
the Curvy Riders Brolly Bloke Auditions began. Passing gents
were accosted into posing for charity by the Curvy Riders,
a campaign which not only drew further interest to the stand,
but brought many laughs along the way.
With the success adding to their confidence, Curvy Rider Emma
fluttered her eyelashes at three time British Superbike Champion
Niall Mackenzie, who was only too happy to pose as a Brolly
Bloke. Niall has been a supporter of Curvy Riders since helping
the ladies arrange their ladies only track school at Knockhill,
which will take place on the evening of Friday the 6th of July.
The Curvy Riders Brolly Bloke auditions proved a huge success
raising money for Spinal Research. Curvy Riders
would like to thank RBS for the donation of the brollies and
a huge thanks to all the gents who overcame any shyness and
did their bit for charity! |
